The Aston Martin Residences Miami is open

Just before the F1 weekend in Miami commenced, Aston Martin officially opened their first real estate project. The 66-storey Aston Martin Residences building is located on prime waterfront property by the Miami River overlooking Brickell Key Island. Being the tallest all-residential building south of New York, the residents are bound to enjoy unobstructed views of the bay.
The fruit of a partnership with property developer G&G Business Developments, the project has caught the attention of Aston Martin fans and others in the market for prime real estate. Its completion has been highly anticipated by many as 99% of the condominiums were sold before the project was completed, with a good number of the residents being owners of Aston Martin cars.
The Aston Martin design team collaborated with architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Maini Anger Architects & Associates (BMA) on the sail-shaped building, taking its theme from the marina location of the site it's on. Anyone who has visited an Aston Martin dealership will attest to the clean and classy interior design on display.

In many ways, the Aston Martin Design DNA is evident in the building, particularly at the entrance and the reception area, and it's not difficult to draw parallels between the spaces in the building and the quintessential Aston Martin dealership.
Amenities available to residents occupy four levels of the building. These include a two-floor fitness center with sublime views of the Atlantic Ocean, two movie theaters, an art gallery, a virtual golf simulator, conference room, and business center.
Also available are private dining areas, a kids playroom, spa, barber shop, and a beauty salon. All these are nicely connected by a marvelous glass staircase showcasing the elegant and tasteful design Aston Martin is known for.

Displaying an additional touch of design prowess on the 55th floor is a beautiful infinity pool along with jacuzzis and cabanas, a sky bar, and a lounge. Here, residents can enjoy views of Biscayne Bay, the alluring Brickell Key Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
With a building that seemingly has everything, it appears the developers were trying their best to keep residents in the building at all times, but this is Miami. Not even such a well-appointed building can keep most people from enjoying all the tropical fun the city has to offer.
The building has residences ranging from one to five bedrooms and seven penthouses. Each penthouse has a private pool and generous terraces. The top-of-the-line penthouse is a 27,191 square feet, three-floor condominium called the 'Unique Triplex Penthouse' at the top of the building.

Also available to residents are a superyacht marina and a 24/7 butler service offering home management, travel support, and other tasks residents may need help with.
As the city of Miami continues to elevate its profile as one of the best places to own luxury properties in America, the Aston Martin Residences is contributing to that profile in a very significant way. If you're in the market for an ultra-luxury condominium in the Magic City, you should call your realtor for a showing before the property sells out.
