In celebration of one of the most iconic partnerships in cinema history, Aston Martin has unveiled the DB12 Goldfinger Edition. Crafted by the brand's Q by Aston Martin personalization service, the ultra-luxury car commemorates 60 years of collaboration between Aston Martin and the James Bond franchise.
The collaboration began with the appearance of the legendary Aston Martin DB5 in the 1964 film Goldfinger. Limited to just 60 cars, the DB12 Goldfinger Edition is a tribute to the enduring relationship between two of Britain's most recognized brands - James Bond and Aston Martin.
The DB12 Goldfinger Edition takes Aston Martin's high-performance DB12 and gives it a sophisticated 007 makeover. Aston Martin's latest super tourer is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 Twin-Turbo engine that delivers a class-leading output of 680 PS and 800 Nm of torque.

With an advanced suspension system and impeccable handling, the DB12 should offer a thrilling driving experience while incorporating a unique design.
At first glance, the DB12 Goldfinger Edition immediately captures the essence of its ancestor, the DB5, which made its silver screen debut in Goldfinger. The car's exterior is finished in Silver Birch, the same paint color as the DB5 in the film.

The bespoke gold side strakes, combined with a silver and black enamel Aston Martin logo, make the car standout while keeping the aesthetic classy and refined. The 21-inch multi-spoke wheels, with a unique silver diamond treatment, are paired with black brake calipers and gold accents. These create a striking balance between elegance and boldness.
Adding a unique touch to the exterior, the 'Q' fender badge in bright chrome solidifies the connection to Aston Martin's Q department — the division responsible for bespoke personalization, mirroring Bond's own 'Q Branch,' where many of his famous gadgets are created.
The interior of the DB12 Goldfinger Edition is where Aston Martin's attention to detail truly shines. The Sports Plus leather seats, styled after the classic DB5 fluted seats, are detailed with a Prince of Wales check perforation pattern, a subtle nod to the suit worn by James Bond. This pattern is carried through to the door inserts, headliner, and treadplate, tying together the interior design with subtle elegance.

What makes the DB12 Goldfinger Edition unique is the inclusion of 18k gold-plated accents throughout the cabin. These include the drive mode rotary dial, gear selector, and other controls.
Additionally, the carbon fiber trim in the car is interwoven with gold metal fibers, giving the interior a bespoke feel. Every avid 007 fan will notice the 'eight of hearts' embroidered on the driver's sun visor, a subtle reference to the playing card seen in the famous Miami pool scene from Goldfinger.

In keeping with the luxurious theme, every owner of the DB12 Goldfinger Edition will receive a set of bespoke gifts. These include a car cover, a luxury key box, and a Silver Birch Speedform model. Each owner will also receive a section of the Furka Pass scene in Goldfinger in 35mm film. Deliveries will start in the second quarter of 2025.
