Interestingly, The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas got its name from the town. Steve Wynn, then owner of the Mirage Resorts, changed the theme of the resort project after a visit to the town in 1995. He's just one of many visitors who can attest to the charm of the small town.

Located within the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, Mistral offers a Michelin-starred dining experience with wonderful Italian food and lake views. The restaurant has a large collection of wines which includes more the 400 international labels. As you would expect, it is renowned for its dishes crafted with the finest ingredients. This includes a 7-course tasting menu you can enjoy while experiencing what may be the world's best sunset.
A charming restaurant in the heart of Bellagio, Terrazza Barchetta, serves traditional Italian food with a menu with plenty of fresh fish options from the lake. The menu is handled by current owner, Chef Armando Valli, who always seeks to add a modern touch to everything the restaurant offers. The outdoor dining option offers beautiful views, making it ideal for a memorable dining experience.
Also located in the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, La Goletta is a less formal restaurant serving tasty Mediterranean food under Chef Ettore Bocchia. The menu includes popular Mediterranean delights like oysters, a long list of fish dishes, and favorites like calamari and veal. Its terrace which boasts of some of the best views of the lake, is perfect for Al Fresco dining.
The best time to visit Bellagio is spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are thinner. The temperatures are mild during these months, and the lush gardens are in full bloom.
Summer (July to August) is also a popular time to visit, with warm weather and bustling activity. Still, it can be crowded and more expensive. Winter offers a quiet experience with fewer tourists, but some attractions and restaurants may have limited hours.
