Ferretti 670 - All the space you need

Launched in 2018, the Ferretti 670 celebrates Ferretti Group’s 50th anniversary, offering a boat with a modern and technologically advanced profile. Another product of the Filippo Salvetti and Ferreti Product committee collaboration, the boat can be easily dismissed as just another yacht from the Italian-based company. That dismissal, however, would be rather premature.
While the 670 comes with styling that we’ve gotten used to from the brand, it seeks to offer one particular thing in abundance; space! Of course, many of the yachts from the company offer ample room for all kinds of activities. However, the 670 takes this a notch higher, as its “ROOM FOR BEAUTY” tagline suggests.
The 670 takes on the mantle from the company’s previous offerings, including the Ferretti Yachts 450, 780, 850, and 920, mixing the best bits and bobs from each and delivers an experience which, although is quite familiar, gives buyers a much-improved experience.

Measuring in at 20.24 meters in length and 5.38 meters in the beam, the 670 is by no means the largest boat in the company ranks, but it offers many features and spaces that are only comparable to the company’s biggest offerings.
The boat’s stern area comes with a large swimming platform together with a garage that can accommodate a 3.5-meter jet tender. Hidden space is also here thanks to a sofa which houses two relatively large storage compartments.

A walk to the outside forward area will reveal three sofas facing each other in what is supposed to be the boat’s outdoor living/lounge area. Buyers have the option of adding a pair of dining tables in this area.
The 670’s flybridge is arguably the boat’s main selling point, offering 25 square meters of space. Ferretti offers three different flybridge layout options with the 670; a standard open-top, one with a roll bar, and, lastly, a hardtop version.
The standard version comes with free-standing furniture in the stern area, a fully equipped bar, a large C-shaped sofa, and a dining table. The flybridge houses a relatively small helm station on the left and a considerably large sun pad.

The interior of the main deck is as spacious as they get in this class, offering ample space for relaxation and socializing. Of course, designed by Oriental trends, the area also happens to be easy on the eye.
Wood, leather, and lacquered surfaces are the materials of choice in almost all interior spaces. The main deck area is no different, with two relatively large sofas, a central coffee table, and a dining area all present. The deck’s large windows gift plenty of natural light while providing a 360-degree view of the sea.

A galley in the middle of the lounge leads to the boat’s main helm station that comes with a slew of advanced tech systems for monitoring, navigation, and propulsion control.
The lower deck houses three cabins; the owner’s suite, a VIP cabin, and an extra cabin for two. The owner’s cabin comes with a spacious study/office area, a large sofa, a walk-in closet, a queen-size bed, and of course, a spacious luxury bathroom. The master suite’s study area can optionally be swapped out for a fourth cabin, too.
The Ferretti Yacht 670 comes equipped with two MAN engines rated at 1000mhp each. Combined, the engines give the boat a cruising speed of 25knots with a top speed of up to 28knots.

Buyers who might require a bit more power can upgrade to a beefier pair of MAN engines capable of producing up to 1200mhp each. These give the boat a cruising speed of 28knots and a top speed of 32knots.
As an option, the 670 can also be fitted with a joystick that is supposed to make maneuvering the boat easier along with two Seakeeper systems for maximum stability when anchored.
